This is not your average cookout relish. The first batch I made I tested out on my guys and we ate a whole jar that night with some goat cheese and crackers. It was a hit at our Labor Day cookout on everything from the cedar plank grilled salmon to the hamburgers and hot dogs. Mama Pearl, my mom, puts it on her eggs in the morning.
Ingredients: Red Peppers, Onion, Organic Dried Cane Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Mustard Seeds, Chili Pepper, Spice
